The Costume Shoppe
The Dane Foundtion is proud to announce the opening of The Costume Shoppe, a costume & character rental and sales business for all occassions! From Bugs Bunny to Kung Fu Panda, faries, princesses and even Captain Jack, The Costume Shoppe has it all! We are also offering specialized parties and characters for events like birthday kids birthday parties, graduations, fundraisers, church events, and more!
Throughout summer 2012, The Dane Foundation will be growing The Costume Shoppe while providing a work training opportunity for youth with disabilities interesed in the costume and/or retail fields. "As the program grows we hope to offer employment to individuals with disabilities, " Lowery Lockard, The Dane Foundation President said.
Grand opening will be May 3 with costumes and characters available beginning April 1, 2012. For more information email us at Info@TheDaneFoundation.org or call us at 330.703.1183. Hours will vary by season and available always by appointment.

More than 200 children, parents, fairies, and princesses enjoyed the annual Pastries with the Princesses at Redeemer Family Life Center. The event included photos and fun for all that attended!
Get ready...you asked for an event like this one that young boys would enjoy along with their sisters and so we're building Storybook Land...
as we speak!
Storybook Land will feature all types of characters from Princesses to Scooby Doo....Ben 10 to Kung Fu Panda. Each area will include a character, offer an activity and photo and autograph time. Tickets will be $15 per person/all ages/all attendees.
Tickets will go on sale April 10, 2012 so Stay Tuned!!

The Dane Foundation provides many items each year to individuals with disabilities, single mothers & their children,and senior citizens. Items from clothing, food, household & personal items are provided throughout the year, by request. Special project times include Thanksgiving Dinners & Project ELF (our holiday gifting program.)
