If you have an hour or two a few times a year, or you can volunteer on a regular basis, there are many opportunities for you to help. Please download the Volunteer Sign Up Form (to the right-under Cinderella's photo) on this website and return it to us via email at Info@TheDaneFoundation.org or fax it to 330-922-8381. You can even complete the form and mail it to our office at 2926 State Road, Suite 205, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223. A volunteer coordinator will contact you to discuss how you can get involved ASAP!!!
